Return Policy

Relates to the return of goods for repair and/or faulty deliveries.

There is no return deduction if

The return is due to misdirection from KLINGER

Returns Deductions

Stock goods are returned for a return deduction of 20%
Purchase goods are only returned by special agreement and acceptance from producer/supplier and with a deduction of minimum 20% and return freight

We do not return goods if

The total return value of the product does not exceed DKK 500.00
Packaging is defective or otherwise useless, or the item is not salable

Pre-requisites that must be met before any return

Any return agreement applies only to undamaged goods that are in the same condition as on delivery
Orders or invoice numbers and possibly delivery date please kindly inform
When returning Proflex valves, thermostats etc. please also state serial number and batch no.
All goods sent back must be free in house at the following address: KLINGER Danmark A/S, Nyager 12, 2605 Broendby
The return shipment must be sorted

The product will then be credited as soon as possible and we will endeavor to comply with the following

In the case of stock items, a credit note can be expected within 10 days after the item has been received at KLINGER
In the case of non-stock items, a credit note can be expected within 30 days after the item has been received at KLINGER
