Rectangular Metal Expansion Joints

Rectangular metal expansion joints are designed to absorb movement in all directions, including axial, lateral, and angular displacement. They are primarily used in low-pressure applications such as ventilation systems, air ducts, HVAC installations, exhaust systems, and fan systems, where flexibility and movement absorption are essential.

The bellows can be designed and manufactured in both U-shaped and V-shaped configurations and can be combined with various corner designs, including single, double, camera V-shape, and round-corner U-shape constructions, to suit specific operating conditions and installation requirements.

Rectangular expansion joints can be manufactured from a wide range of carbon steels, stainless steels, and nickel alloys and can be custom-engineered for demanding applications. They may also be equipped with inner sleeves to protect the bellows from abrasion and improve flow characteristics, while optional limit rods can be installed to prevent excessive movement.
