Fixed flanged expansion joints feature welded, non-rotating flange connections manufactured according to international standards such as ASME, EN, DIN, JIS, AS and BS, or customized drilling requirements. The flanges are welded directly to the bellows or pipe, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
These expansion joints are particularly suitable for higher-pressure applications where sealing performance is critical. For optimal compatibility and durability, it is recommended to select flange materials that match the piping grade. During installation, care should be taken to avoid flange bolt misalignment, especially in existing piping systems. As the flanges are supplied pre-welded, no on-site welding is required.
