Pressure switch

Mechanical Pressure Switch

Application:
Mechanical pressure switch with adjustable alarm setpoint for monitoring pressure in all types of industrial applications.
  • Pressure switch with metal diaphragm, requiring no supply voltage
  • Mechanical adjustment of the setpoint
  • Ranges from –0.006 … –1 to 0.005 … 10.3 bar

General Data

The D1T pressure switches are mechanical pressure switches in which the alarm setpoint is adjusted by preloading the spring that provides counterpressure to the diaphragm.
The system operates without supply voltage and can therefore provide an alarm even in the event of a power failure.
The pressure switch can, of course, be delivered with a preset switch point, and we can also supply a certificate verifying the adjustment.

Pressure Switches

Mechanical pressure switches equipped with a diaphragm which, when subjected to pressure, activates a microswitch via a plunger. The simple design ensures reliability and long service life.
The instrument can be supplied with one or two alarm setpoints, each of which can be individually adjusted using a set screw located under the cover.
