Cell Neoprene Rubber outside skin is closed cell and can therefore not be suction.
The material can be used in conjunction with water, sea water, alcohol, acetylene, glycerin, silicone oil, silicone grease, glycol, carbon dioxide, photo chemicals, and æster. Cellular rubber surface is highly flame-retardant.
