Materials. Borosilicate glass, tempered
Tensile strength:> 120 N / mm²
Coefficient of expansion: 20/300 <4.5. 10-6K-1 tested according to DIN 52328
Transition temp. : Tg = 550 ° C, tested according to DIN 52324
Alkali resistance: Alkali class 2, tested according to DIN 52322 (max. surface loss 125 mg / dm after 3 hours)
Water resistance: Hydraulic class 1, tested according to DIN 12111
Acid resistance: Acid class 1, tested according to DIN 12116
Other: Ö-Norm M 7354 / DIN 7081
Temperature:
Type A: 0-10bar: 430ºC, 150bar: 400 ° C, 220bar: 120ºC
Type B: 0-10bar: 430ºC, 180bar: 400 ° C, 265bar: 120ºC
For saturated steam of 35 bar, a transparent level gauge with Micah protection on the glass is recommended.
Variations: For KLINGER R25 reflex level gauges, KLINGERSil 4430 gaskets should be used for A glass.

The lenses in Reflective and Transparent level gauges become blurred over time, and they can be ordered as spare parts. When the lenses are changed, the gaskets should also be changed - see the different sets here.
