Description
KDAE is a compact piston seal is designed with a central polyurethane topic and two back up rings in TPE.
The combination of polyuoretanen that has a high elasticity and the two "hard" back up rings increases the stability of the seal even at high pressure.
Compared with a rubber seal wear is substantially less roofs, and therefore the life considerably longer.
The friction both at startup and during operation is low thanks to the seal special design and the preformer much better than example. NBR.

Mounting
The installation of this seal may be in either a closed track (monoblock seal) or an open track (2 shared stamp).
It is important that the piston does not have burrs or other sharp edges which might damage the seal during installation.
We recommend that the piston is lubricated for easier assembly.
