5 part piston seal
Description
KDSA is a compact piston seal that is designed with a central NBR topic and two back up rings in TPE and 2 guide rings POM.
Back up rings prevent extrusion of NBR seal and guide rings the piston centered in the cylinder
Material:
Sealing part: NBR shore A +/- 3
Back up rings: Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)
Guide Rings: Polyoxymethylene (POM)

Press: 0-300bar with peak up to 400bar at 60 ° C

Montage:
The installation of this seal may be in either a closed track (monoblock seal) or an open track (2 shared stamp).
The installation is made in the following order:
- Rubber seal member
- Page support rings
- External support rings
It is important that the piston does not have burrs or other sharp edges which might damage the seal during installation.
