2 part piston seal
Description
PAE is specifically designed for use in applications with high pressure.
When the gap between the piston and the cylinder can not be reduced and at high pressure (about 250bar) PAE seal is a good choice due to the strong back-up ring.
Material

Bushing: Glass fiber reinforced acetal resin

Mounting
The seal is mounted in a semi-open tracks and supports no installed after the seal.
It is important that the piston does not have burrs or other sharp edges which might damage the seal during installation.
The inlet of the cylinder is made for ease of pushing the piston in.
