General Data
Saunders EX membrane is a two-part membrane consisting of a modified PTFE front (TFM) and a support membrane in reinforced silicone.
Compared to a standard EPDM membrane, the silicone membrane has an exceptional performance at high temperatures without evidence of deterioration of physical properties and deformation. When exposed to high temperatures for a long time, EPDM rubber will lose its flexibility and thus lose the good support for the PTFE front.
EX membrane is tested on continuous steam at 175 ° C (347 ° F)

Identification and labeling
All membranes are provided with production date, cure date, membrane type, dimension, and Saunders ID, which provides full traceability.
The EX membrane is delivered in DN015-100 with bayonet fitting for best performance and easy assembly. DN008 comes with thread.
